Who is a Front-End Developer?

A front-end developer is a web developer that codes the front end of a website. While web design is the way a website looks, front end development is how that design actually gets implemented on the web.
Job overview:
- Implementing frontend architectures and the user interfaces designed by our UI/UX designers
- Building reusable and scalable components
- Handling additional tasks within the scope of code refactoring
- Ensuring automated testing (Cypress) for current and future pages/components
- Reviewing new frontend ideas and technologies that can benefit our projects
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and its core principles
- Experience with frontend tooling such as NPM, Webpack, and Babel
- Ability to write efficient, secure, clean, and scalable code
- Experience working with Git (resolving conflicts smoothly)
- Basic REST API knowledge (sending requests and handling responses)
- Experience working across different browsers
- English language knowledge is a plus
- TypeScript knowledge is desirable
